Orders: All orders will be filled and shipped with 2-3 business days. We will make every effort to get them to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping: Transit times will vary based on what shipping method you choose. We will notify you of any shipping deadlines as we get closer to the holidays. Your shipping charges will be added to your order during the checkout process. Any order less than 5 personalized ornaments will be charged $5.95 per order. If you order 5 personalized ornaments or more, your order will ship for free (Free Shipping promo is for US Customers Only). Most domestic packages will ship out by USPS unless you specify expedited shipping. 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air will be shipped UPS. You will have the opportunity to choose a shipping option during the checkout process. We are currently shipping packages to the lower 48 states only.
Florida Sales Tax: If you live in the state of Florida you will be charged the appropriate state sales tax.
Payment: We accept PayPal and all major credit cards processed through PayPal. At the end of the ordering process, you will be routed to the PayPal system to make your payment. At that time, you may either log in to your PayPal account OR if you DON'T have one, choose the pay by credit/debit card option. There is a link you can click on right below the PayPal log in.
